Document Description
A Use Permit proposing to construct an approx. 33,450 sq. ft. mini-storage facility comprised of 7 storage structures on a two-acre parcel. The proposed project would have 3 parking spaces and one monument sign at the corner of Loma Rica Drive and Charles Drive. Primary access would be from a road easement along the eastern boundary, with a secondary connection for emergency use only proposed from Charles Drive. Less than 4,000 cubic yards of cut and fill would occur and remain on-site. The project would be fenced and gated and lit at night for security.
