The CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0134-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, D.R. Horton Los Angeles Holding Company, Inc., (Permitee) as represented by Mr. Jonathan Smith. On June 24, 2016, CDFW issued a Notice of Violation (NOV) of Fish and Game Code (FGC) Section 1602 for construction activities associated with the Bluffs at Rosena Ranch Project. This Agreement is being issued to address the NOV and mitigate the FGC section 1602 resources from a CDFW-approved Mitigation Bank or In-Lieu Fee Program within Lytle Creek or Cajon Creek.
