Document Description
The purpose of this project is to replace inoperable propane wall heats and unsightly window air conditioning units in Butterfly, Blue Bird, Rock, Yucca, and Lizard cottages with modern mini-split-type ductless HVAC units. The historic cottages are used as offices and park residences. Due to the extreme climate conditions in the western Mojave Desert, the cottages require heating and cooling systems for the health and safety of park employees and residents.
