Document Description
The purpose of this project is to have a qualified asbestos abatement company remove and dispose of asbestos floor tiles and carpet. Because the living room and bedroom are used for events and interpretive programs where children sit on the floor, new commercial carpet will be installed in the living room and bedroom suing the glue-down method. Because the carpet will be blued to the historic cement flooring, staff will ensure that the chosen glue will not damage the cement. The historic cement flooring will be left exposed in the kitchen and bathroom.
