Reasons for Exemption
This project is to access a parcel that had culverts previously installed with no permits, and subsequently removed with channel rehabilitation. The culverts being installed under this Agreement are properly sized for the drainage in order to minimize impacts to migrating fish, and the project will not have a significant impact on other aquatic resources. The channel will be dry during construction, so there will be little to no impact to water quality.
