Reasons for Exemption
After reviewing the project and its setting, the environmental coordinator for the county has determined that the project is categorically exempt from review under CEQA, pursuant to S 15303c of CEQA Guidelines because the project consists of the construction of commercial buildings in an urbanized area. The exceptions in S 15300.2 of guidelines do not apply to this project.
