Document Description
Issue Right of Entry Permit to PG&E to replace power poles at Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. Work will clear a 15' radius around each site, trim tree branches as necessary, remove poles, fill holes with on site material, install new poles adjacent to existing locations, and install new overhead line using work crews and a helicopter.
All work conducted in association with the right of entry will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the endangered species act, CEQA, and section 5024 of the public resources code.
