Fish and Wildlife is proposing to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0049-R5. The Judgment entered in "Donahue v. Kuntz Superior Court of the state of California" filed on July 26, 2013 (KC 048793) requires removal of portions of the dirt fill and culvert that encroach onto the Kuntz property as well as restoration of the streambed on the Kuntz property to its original condition prior to fill placement.
