Document Description
The project involves expansion of an existing offstream reservoir to store water between December 15 and March 31 to storage from an existing diversion point on San Gregorio Creek. In order to offset the expansion of water diversion during the winter period, the Permittee will execute a 20-year forbearance agreement with an annual no-diversion season between August 1st and October 31st. CDFW is issuing a streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0325-R3 pursuant to fish and game code section 1602.
