Blue Lake Springs Fuel Hazard Reduction

Project work will focus on fuels treatment throughout the subdivision to provide for additional protection for the homes and surrounding areas. It is expected that 40% to 60% of the total project area will be treated for fuel hazard reduction.
This project fits under portions of 15304 - minor alteration to land. CAL FIRE staff has concluded that no significant environmental impact would occur to aesthetics, agriculture and forestland/timberland, air quality, biological resources, cultural resources, geology and soils, greenhouse gas emissions, hazards and hazardous materials, hydrology and water quality, land use planning, mineral resources, noise, population and housing, public services, recreation, transportation/traffic, or to utilities and service system.
