Document Description
The California DTSC, pursuant to regulatory authority granted under title 22, CCR, sections 66265.111 approved a Corrective Measures Study submitted in February 2016 by Arcadis USA, Inc., on behalf of Solar Turbines, Inc., for the subject facility. DTSC prepared a Statement of Basis that intends to approve the recommended corrective measure alternative (CMA). The selected CAM consists of Monitored Natural Attenuation (MNA) and a Land Use Covenant (LUC) to restrict the property to commercial/industrial uses.
