Document Description
The purpose of this project is to maintain the existing highway. Caltrans proposes to overlay the existing asphalt concrete roadway with 0.10' of RHMA of 3' of shoulder backing. In addition, damaged areas of the pavement would be repaired by removing and replacing the existing pavement. No new right of way required.
