SWRCB is the responsible agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program is providing funds for the project. The Warner Unified school district proposed to conduct a planning project in order to determine a solution for high arsenic levels. This planning project will include drafting technical and environmental documents in anticipation of a future construction project.
The project will not have a significant effect on the environment. The project has been determined to meet the requirements of the Categorical exemption selected above, and does not include any of the exceptions pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Article 19, Section 15300.2.
