The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the responsible agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The Kings Canyon Unified School District proposes to conduct planning activities, including performing hydrological and geotechnical investigations, drilling test wells, and preparing environmental and technical documents in anticipation of a future construction project.
