The proposed project is modifications to rates, times, and days of operation for all tidelands public parking meters and pay stations including the Crescent Area on Harbor Drive, Spanish Landing, and Shelter Island and also the installation and operation of 54 smart meters and four pay stations, as further described below. The project includes amendments to Article 8, Sections 8.10 and 8.14 of the San Diego Unified Port District code to include all parking meters and pay stations on tidelands including Crescent, Spanish Landing, and Shelter Island to change the rates, hours, and days of operation for parking meters and pay stations tidelands.
