The proposed project involves the repair and resurfacing of the existing boat lot located in the southwest side of the San Diego Yacht Club (SDYC) leasehold in San Diego, California. The asphalt surface within the existing approximately 12,325 square foot main parking lot has deteriorated over time, and the proposed project would resurface the lot or change the number or layout of parking spaces within the existing main parking lot.
