Reasons for Exemption
The project proposes to use and maintain two existing ponds, two points of water diversion, and install a culvert to reduce erosion. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. The work will include removal of the failing culvert, replacement of a new culvert, and rock armoring to minimize erosion. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to Section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed.
