Document Description
Caltrans proposes to install bridge mounted signs and replace overhead sign panels in the City of Manteca on SR 120 in San Joaquin County. All work will be within Caltrans' right of way. No new right of way will be acquired. The scope of work will include installation of mounting hardware, replacement of overhead sign panels, replacement of existing traffic stripe, and installation of ground mounted roadside sign. The purpose of this project is to enhance the signing to improve driver awareness of the approaching connector. The need for this project is to reduce the number and severity of collisions.
