Document Description
The project consists of leasing auto shop space for CAL Fire equipment are located at 176 Nelson Avenue, Oroville, CA 95965.
CAL FIRE is in the process of reconstructing the Butte Unit Headquarters located at 176 Nelson Avenue. All buildings will be demolished and recontructed over a period of approximately two to three years. New auto shop/storage space will be leased during that period. The new location is at 2305B and 2309 Veatch Street, Oroville, CA 695965 and includes tow warehouse areas totaling approximately 4,600 square feet. Minor improvements to the interior will occur to accommodate a forestry equipment manager, two heavy equipment mechanics and two fire equipment operators.
