The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the Lead Agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The Western Mobile Home Park proposes to conduct a planning project in order to prepare the necessary technical and environmental documents in anticipation of a future consolidation project with the City of Santa Rosa.
