Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the Lead Agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The purpose of this planning project is to evaluate safe drinking water supply alternatives for the El Portal Mobile Estates Consolidation project, including hydrological analysis and water treatment for one known contaminated well (and possibly a second) that exceeds the MCL for trichloroethylene. A preliminary engineering report will be repared to evaluate the feasibility of alternatives, construction and operating costs, and alternative selection.
