Document Description
The California DTSC, pursuant to authority granted under Health and Safety Code Division 20, Chapter 6.5 and implemented by regulations contained in California Code of Regulations Title 22, and the Corrective Action Consent Agreement between DTSC and Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. dated April 4, 2002, approved a Statement of basis for a proposed remedy to address the risk resulting from the release of hazardous substances from the Bio Rad Laboratories Richmond Facility.
