To authorize an existing 48-inch diameter sewer line and sleeve the existing sewer line using a cured-in-place pipe method. Temporary installations includes a 85-foot long railcar bridge and two temporary 22-inch diameter bypass lines to convey flows from existing manholes north and south of Fourteen Mile Slough.
