Document Description
The project consists of replacement of horizontal flocculators with vertical flocculators, installation of a plant air system, replacement of valves in the filter gallery, and hydraulic modifications to water storage tank inlet weirs. Package Two is part of a three package project that is anticipated to increase treatment capacity while providing necessary operational repairs and upgrades at the same time. The improvement in this package, which are necessary for operational and maintenance reasons, will not increase the treatment capacity of the plant without implementation of Package Three. A separate environmental analysis for Package Three will be conducted to evaluate the anticipated Increase in treatment capacity resulting form that package combined with the previous two packages.
