The proposed project consists of the City's approval of a development agreement between the city and the developers of the Hayes 4, phase 2 subdivision. The land covered by this DA has been previously approved by the City of Riverbank as tentative map no. 07-2004 on April 25, 2005 (resolution no. 2005-046). City council adopted resolution no. 2006-127 on November 27, 2006, approved the phase 2 vesting tentative subdivision map for tentative map no. 07-2004. The DA will extend the duration of the tentative map and is proposed to expire 5 years from the date of approval.
