- Note: Addendum to MND The addendum addresses upsizing the approved School Hill bypass pipeline from 8 inches to 12 inches to adequately convey water from South Weed to North Weed. The addendum also addresses the addition of water system improvements in the downtown area, Bel Air area, and Roseburg Mill area that are required to eliminate water leaks, provide adequate fire flows and fire protection, and improve accessibility for ongoing maintenance to ensure a safe and reliable water supply for the city's customers. The subject properties are not included on any list of hazardous waste facilities/sites pursuant to section 65962.5 of the CA Gov Code.
