Document Description
Rezone a vacant 0.64 acre parcel from Light Industrial to Planned Development, and Tentative Subdivision Map, to allow the development of six two-story single family homes on six lots with one common-area parcel. The project will construct six, two-story single-family houses that vary in size between 2,100 sq. ft. and 2,400 sq. ft., with attached garages. Building heights would reach a maximum height of approx. 28 feet above grade. An approx. 30-foot wide private access driveway would be installed from Warburton Avenue along the southwest portion of the project to provide access to five of the six single family houses.
