Document Description
The site would be rezoned to a planned development zoning district as part of the project, and a tentative map is proposed to divide the project parcel into seven lots (six residential lots and one private access driveway lot). The project proposes to construct six, two story single family houses that vary in size between 2,100 sf and 2,400 sf, with attached garages. Individual lot size would vary from 2,716 to 5,534 sf. Building heights would reach a max height of approximately 28 ft above grade. An approximately 30 ft wide private access driveway would be installed from Warburton Ave along the southwest portion of the project to provide access to five of the six single family houses.
