Document Description
This project si a request for a GPA and Rezone. The GPA proposes to change the existing very low residential land use designation to retail and office. The rezone proposes to change the existing VLDR to CC. The applicant proposes to develop a 9,100 sf dollar general retail store. A conditional zoning agreement is included that will restrict the sues to be limited to a residence, general retail, professional offices or similar type commercial use. Domestic water services would be provided by South Feather Water & Power Agency and sewage disposal would be provided by an onsite septic system. Access to the site would be from Palermo Rd.
