UC Davis proposes to demolish Webster Hall, which is a part of the existing Cuatro Residence Hall Area, and construct a new four story building. The Cuarto Area is arranged around Oxford Circle, located north of Russell Blvd and south of Sycamore Lane. Replacement of Webster Hall would increase the housing on site by 104 beds to provide a total of 369 beds. The residence hall would also include space for a student computer center, mail/service desk, a student community kitchen, a courtyard and bicycle parking.
