Approval of Permit No. 19870, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To construct an 8-inch ductile iron water line along the downstream face of the existing Douglas Boulevard Bridge over Dry Creek. The bottom of pipe elevation will be approximately 6 inches higher than the bottom of the bridge deck. This permit also authorizes the existing Douglas Boulevard Bridge and bike path.
