CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0099-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Roseville. The City of Roseville proposes to enter into a Routine Maintenance Agreement with the Dept. for the ongoing implementation of routine maintenance activities, erosion control projects and vegetation restoration activities within jurisdictional channels, drainage facilities, and associated jurisdictional areas.
