The purpose of the project is to offset the District's energy costs with a renewable energy source. The project site is not identified as a hazardous waste facility, hazardous waste property, or hazardous waste disposal site. The project site is located on Hidden Acres Rd, in the community of Bella Vista, in Shasta County, CA.
