Document Description
The applicant seeks approval of a tree permit to allow removal of eight trees and work within the dripline of twenty trees to allow for the construction of a new residence and access road. The project consists of the following elements: construction of approximately 1,000 lf of new 20 ft wide paved access road; construction of a new 11,693 sf residence on a vacant parcel; future construction of one single family residence on a separate vacant parcel; construction of a bio-retention basin (600 sf) for storm water treatment and drainage.
