Document Description
Divide 26.9 acres into 51 single family lots (Sun Oaks Subdivision). As a mitigation measure to offset anticipated increased traffic resulting from the subdivision, the applicant is proposing improvements to the westbound off-ramp of State Route (SR) 44 at Old Oregon Trail. The California Department of Transportation would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed improvements to occur within the operational right-of-way of SR 44.
