Document Description
The applicant requested site plan and architectural Review approval to authorize development of a 40,000 sf addition to the existing industrial building on an approximately 10-acre parcel with partial existing site development. The proposed addition project includes four at grade rear loading docks, one new and one relocated driveway at Cader Lane, additional automobile and bicycle parking facilities, a new bus stop and shelter at Lakeville Hwy, extensive landscaping improvements, and street frontage improvements at Lakeville Hwy and Cader Lane such as bicycle lanes and meandering sidewalks.
