Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead The proposed project would develop a 29,500-sf shopping center, anchored by Grocery Outlet, on the project site. The project would occupy an existing 2.24-acre lot and would add 1.68 acres through a lot line adjustment, for a total of 3.92 acres. The shopping center would include three buildings totaling 29,500 sf of retail space. Additional site improvements would include a 99-space parking lot, loading zones, rainwater storage tanks, utility connections, drainage improvements, signage, pedestrian improvements, a new access road, and landscaping. The 99- space parking lot, would include 8 ADA-accessible spaces, and two parking spaces for motor homes. The parking lot would have 3 terraces, one for each of the three buildings.
