The project would entail the construction of a new shopping center that would consist of three buildings: Building A at 15,000 sf, building B at 10,000 sf and building C at 4,500 sf, for a total of 29,500 sf of retail space. The project would be served by Bay View Avenue via Ocean Views Drive. The project would include a new 99 space parking lot, loading zones, pedestrian improvements, rainwater storage tanks, utilities, drainage improvements, and associated landscaping.
