Document Description
The proposed project consists of the City's approval of a development agreement between the City and the developers of the Hayes 4, Phase 1 subdivision. The land covered by this DA has been previously approved by the City of Riverbank as Tentative Map No. 07-2004 on August 28, 2006 and modified by City Council Resolution No. 2006-105). The DA will extend the duration of the Tentative Map and is proposed to expire 5 years from the date of approval. In addition to extending the duration of the Tentative Map, the purpose of the DA is clarify the number of lots, storm drainage concepts, and the conditions of approval for the tentative map.
