Document Description
The project consists of a tentative map for a proposed 10-unit single family residential development on an approximately 4.1-acre site on the west side of Loma Alta Dr in Oceanside. As shown on the project site plan, the proposed residences would be two story structures, ranging in size from 2,660 to 2,724 sf on lots ranging in size from 10,055 to 12,978 sf. Each residence would include a three car garage. The project would also include an access driveway from Loma Alta Dr, which would connect to the internal private street.
