Document Description
2,800 ft segment of the Bob Jones Pathway including a 12-ft wide asphalt surfaced pathway w/2 ft wide shoulders. Grading & landscaping will occur within a 16-20 ft wide easement. Construction would occur w/in a 30-60 ft wide zone, resulting in approx. 3.86 acres of disturbance. Additional components: new perimeter agricultural road (approx. 12 ft wide & 2,500 ft long) parallel to the pathway; safety signage and up to 2 pedestrian hybrid beacon or similar user-actuated flashing beacons to improve visibility of the S. Higuera St crossing; temp. construction fencing; erosion control & revegetation plan; stormwater pollution prevention plan; and fencing, signage, and other fixtures. Permanent disturbance would be approx. 1.3 acres for the pathway & 0.69 acre for the relocated perimeter agricultural road.
