Document Description
The project is for a CUP to allow the validation of an existing unpermitted commercial equestrian facility, as well as a land use permit to allow the construction of a 1,600 sf manager's house, a 931 sf stall bar, and an 800 sf agricultural storage barn. The three proposed structures would be manufactured buildings. The horse barn would be approximately 11'-3" tall, the storage barn 15'-4" tall, and the manager's unit 13'-6" tall. No grading or tree removal would be required for the project, and all ground disturbances would be limited to minimal site preparations. The site is currently developed with a 2,500 sf single family dwelling, a 1,944 sf barn, and a 720 sf detached residential second unit; all of which are permitted.
