Document Description
The project site consists of 2 parcels. The northern parcel currently consists of the existing All Star Super Storage facility. The project consists of an additional 225,674 sf of storage space in 15 buildings. The project includes 7 regular parking stalls, 2 loading stalls, and 1 accessible stall. Vehicular access to the existing facility on parcel 1 is provided by two driveways on Haun Rd. The project includes the additional of a 25-ft wide third driveway at the southern portion of parcel 2. The proposed project includes the widening and improvement of the existing driveway located at the southern portion of the existing storage facility to 44 feet.
