Major subdivision no. 2012-042 proposes to subdivide the merged 98 acre parcel into 26 lots ranging in size from 2.52 acres to 12.79 acres. Four of the proposed lots (1-3 and 23), totaling approximately 12 acres are located within the community commercial land use classification of the Catheys Valley Community Plan and thus will be available for commercial uses.
