Document Description
Parcel Merger No. 2012-041 proposes to merge six existing parcels totaling 98 acres. Merger will eliminate existing access easements and new road and utility easements will be created as part of the proposes subdivision. Major subdivision no. 2012-042 proposes to subdivide the merged 98 acre parcel into 26 lots ranging in size from 2.52 acres to 12.79 acres. Four of the proposed lots (1-3 and 23), totaling approximately 12 acres are located within the community commercial land use classification of the Catheys Valley Community Plan and thus will be available for commercial uses. The remainders of the lots are residential. Water and sewer will be provided by individual wells (there will be some shared well, up to 4 parcels per well) and septic systems.
