The project is on the east side of North Marshall Ave, between West Bradley Ave to the North, Vernon Way to the South, and bounded by Forester Creek to the East. The project would consist of approximately 13,494 sf of animal care facilities with a possible future expansion of 4,303 sf for a total of 17,797 sf.
