Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes consolidation of six(6) existing water systems (Del Oro Water Company- Country Estates, East Wilson Road Water Company, Oasis Property Owners Association, San Joaquin Estates Mutual Water Company, Wilson Road Water Company, and Victory Mutual Water Company), construction of a new 1,400 gallons per minute (gpm) well and arsenic treatment facility, a new 428,000 gallon water storage tank, a new hydropneumatic tank and a new booster pump station. The Project also includes replacement of existing pipelines located at the East Niles Community Services District (ENCSD) facility and installation of an additional ten (10) miles of 8-inch to 12- inch pipelines and metered connection appurtenances from the new well location and from the six existing water systems, to the ENCSD water system facility. Four existing water system wells (East Wilson Road Water Company, San Joaquin Estates Mutual Water Company, Wilson Road Community and Oasis Property Owner Association) will be abandoned.
