Note: Refer to Draft EIR submitted on 3/26/19 The proposed new development within the three areas (Area 1, Area 2, Area 3) will have a total floor area of 1,007,202 sf. The new development will consist of approx 237,662 sf of retail uses; 358,000 sf of hotel uses totaling 770 rooms; 270,000 sf of theater, entertainment, and recreation uses; 16,540 sf of food serving uses; 70,000 sf of office uses; and 55,000 sf of industrial uses. This breakdown in land uses assumes that Pad 5 in Area 3 will be developed as an office use instead of a fast food restaurant.
