Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2017-0029-R5) to the project applicant, Otay Water District. The project proposes extension of an existing 30-inch diameter outfall pipeline and construction of a new headwall and rip rap energy dissipater on the downstream side of the existing access road, and grading a small drainage to accommodate construction of a pump station. the project will result in impacts to 0.017 acre southern willow scrub and 0.010 acre stream channel.
