Document Description
The Hash Farms development project proposes the development of a 200 unit residential subdivision (160 single family units and 40 multi family units) on a total of 54 acres, including a 2.54 acre park and 1.15 acre fenced stormwater basin. Vehicular access to the proposed project will be primarily from two access points along Road 16 and two access points along Avenue 396. The proposed project will also be accessible from existing residential streets that will be extended from the city of Kingsburg. PG&E will supply electricity, Southern CA Gas will provide natural gas, the city of Kingsburg will provide water service and the Selma-Kingsburg-Fowler County Sanitation District will provide sewer service.
